Service
agreement
This service model requires a written agreement between the customer and Granly Diesel A/S. When you as a customer participate in our Service Agreement solution, you are automatically linked to our bonus program, which involves a lot of different benefits. A Service Agreement agreement typically involves fixed service visits at different time intervals.
Once a Service Agreement is in place and signed, Granly Diesel A/S will begin performing the agreed service. Service schedules are designed and implemented in dialogue with the customer.

On-demand service
If you choose our Service on demand solution, you do not have to sign any agreement with us. This service form is the normal one for customers who want to control when they want assistance, spare parts delivery or service. Please contact our service department for more information.
